FAQ'S

  • What is freeze-dried?
Freeze-dried is a drying process, also known as lyophilization, in which a product's water content is removed. Freeze-drying preserves and maintains the product's nutritional value, taste and shelf-life when stored properly. Freeze-dried treats have a dry texture and are easy to break into smaller pieces.
  • What is dehydrated?
Dehydration is a slow drying process that uses low heat and air circulation to remove moisture while retaining the product's nutrients. Dehydrated treats have a hard, jerky-like texture.
  • What is the shelf-life of Honeypaw treats?
When stored properly, our treats have an approximate shelf-life ranging from 6-12 months from the time of production. For maximum freshness, we recommend consumption within 30 days of purchase.
  • How do I store Honeypaw treats?
Treats should be stored in a cool, dry place at all times. All treats, including chews, such as feet and necks, may be stored in glass containers. Given the nature of our treats, we do not use preservatives. Abrupt changes in temperature (i.e. from cold to hot or leaving treats in warm spaces) may alter the freshness of the product.
  • What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy! If you encounter any issues with our products, please submit a picture of the product and email us at info@honeypawfoods.com
