We handmake our products in small batches to ensure freshness. Therefore, allow 5-7 business days to prepare and ship out your order.

Keep in mind that our products are single ingredients. Meaning, we do not use preservatives. Our treats are raw cooked using two processes: freeze-dried raw or dehydrated. That's it! Please  store each treat according to package instructions for maximum freshness and shelf-life.
